Please note that, since all orders are shipped from Colombia, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Jewelry returns are subject to an authenticity and quality inspection to confirm that the returned piece, including all gemstones and precious materials, is the same item originally shipped. Refunds will be issued only after the inspection has been completed and approved.
