Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Yes. Every Makonda piece is handcrafted by skilled Colombian artisans using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials. Because each item is handmade, slight variations make every piece unique.

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that, since all orders are shipped from Colombia, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Jewelry returns are subject to an authenticity and quality inspection to confirm that the returned piece, including all gemstones and precious materials, is the same item originally shipped. Refunds will be issued only after the inspection has been completed and approved.
